About Me

If we haven’t met yet, hi – I’m Tomasz Krutul. I enjoy sightseeing (especially small, old towns), spending time in nature (ideally near the water), and (as a lifelong lover of electronica) listening to trance music.

I’m also a clinical hypnotherapist, and if you found yourself on this page, then you may be considering hypnotherapy as an option to help you in your current life situation. No doubt you’re therefore wondering whether or not I’m the right person to whom you can turn.

As a therapist I see my role as a supporter for my clients on their individual path of growth. I understand that sometimes we need some support to help us through difficult periods in our lives; I know that sometimes we all need a safe space, where we can vent our feelings without being judged; and I get that sometimes we just need a little bit of extra help and empowerment, to overcome a hurdle or circumnavigate an obstacle.

My Qualifications

I’ve always been fascinated by the vast and varied area of human behaviour – intensely curious about why it is that people do what they do. Even as a young child, I noticed that I often tried to put myself in other people’s shoes, in an effort to answer questions about why people do what they do, so that I could better understand what an individual might be going through at a particular point in their life.

Little did I know at that time that there was actually a profession that utilises those skills to help people.

During my teenage and young adult years, I read any articles or books about psychology, behaviour, meditation and hypnosis that I could get my hands on. Later in my life, when an opportunity to learn about hypnosis and hypnotherapy on professional level appeared on my horizon, it felt like an entirely natural progression for me to follow that path – and in February 2019 I obtained the title of Practitioner Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy at ICCHP (PDHyp) in London.

I see my training as the beginning of my journey however, and I’m fastidious about keeping my knowledge fresh and up to date. With this in mind, I often take part in various workshops and trainings on matters of hypnosis and therapy, which I invariably integrate into my own hypnotherapy practice.
