How I Can Help

I like to work with people who experience difficulties or feel stuck in various areas in their lives. I offer help in challenging periods, like a loss of loved one or a close person, anxieties surrounding immigration or moving to another city, empowerment and motivation, searching for a new job or planning to change your career.

Other areas in which I have a special interest include helping adult survivors of trauma, and overcoming fears and phobias. As a person who was born with cerebral palsy, I understand how challenging life can be for a person with a disability, and I offer my understanding and support for anyone – and their families – who’ve found themselves in a similar situation.
