Stress – or “stress response”, as I prefer to call it – is how we react to something that happens in our life that makes us feel unsafe or uncertain; something that we perceive as an immediate or indirect danger to us or to those who we care about. When a stress response occurs, many people can feel anxious, as though they don’t know what they can do to feel safe and at peace again – or, no matter what they do, anxiety seems to disappear for only a fleeting period of time.

So, how can we get rid of this unwelcome companion – and achieve a lasting state of calming empowerment, in a healthy and natural way?

Whilst I can’t remove the situations that cause your stress response, by using hypnosis I can help you to change how you react to these situations. Together, we can readjust or recalibrate your mind, so that you can go about your daily business with more ease, feel generally more relaxed, and respond to triggers which make you feel anxious or angry in new, and more constructive ways.
